Key Responsibilities:


  • Working with the business to target the right new clients for the organisation
  • Ideally you will have experience in the collections, arrears & debt management field (Preferably you will have run large Collections operations.
  • You will be tasked with client interaction, business development experience to own the go to market strategy, pursuits, and negotiate large client contracts.
  • Senior leader that can be influential within complex business structures & stakeholders
  • Provide first class customer service to potential new customers and portray the company in a positive manner at all times.
  • B2B pipeline development engaging new prospective customers
  • Pipeline management
  • Ensuring a fantastic customer experience, customer journey & on boarding process

Key Skills Required:


  • Excellent client engagement & client development
  • Collections, arrears &/OR debt management background in a senior leadership capacity
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage work flow ensuring objectives are delivered /achieved
  • Ideally you will have experience in or with outsourcing providers previously
  • Have consulted with organisations on collections transformation & collections customer journey
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage clients, business owners and colleagues
  • Ability to use own initiative to manage own performance & understand BD KPI's and adhere to them
  • Experience in B2B business pipeline development
  • Strong influencing / negotiation
  • Great rapport building
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work to targets
