Description

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greet and direct customers
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., product information, pricing and ordering)
  • Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Crosssell products
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay uptodate with new products/services
  • Create sales reports for store managers

Desired Experience and Education:


  • Previous retail experience in a sales role (preferred)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Graduate


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
