We are working with a Global Law firm who are looking for a Client Development Manager to join them in their London team.


The successful individual will manage the recently launched Real Estate Client Focus Program - they will shape the ambition and direction, work with account teams to drive performance and communicate developments and successes across the wider Real EstateSector.

The program covers 7 UK managed accounts and 2-3 US accounts. The UK managed accounts are fully operational with functioning account teams, strategy plans and BD alignment.

This position will ensure the necessary framework is in place to secure and managefirm resources for the account teams to maximize visibility, opportunities and connectivity across the firm and our clients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the strategy, processes and communication for the Global Real Estate Sector Client Focus Program
  • Raising visibility and understanding of the program across relevant internal communication platforms
  • Preparing ambitious strategy plans for the focus program clients in corporation with the account teams
  • Leading account team meetings and prepare regular team reporting
  • Working closely with lawyers, BD team members and wider business services to prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, write proposals, and create presentations for focus program clients
  • Actively setting up and attending client relationship meetings including new BD meetings with key client contacts
