We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Lead to join Scania (Great Britain) Ltd, specialising in the charging and EV sector.

You will develop, coordinate, and promote the charging infrastructure, supporting our drive towards providing sustainable transport solutions for our customers.


You will play a pivotal role within our organisation, working alongside our own experts and collaborating with our customers, becoming the 'go to' for charging and EV related topics.

You will be customer facing, travelling to attend meetings and conferences, ultimately building trust and relationships, enabling the business to achieve its global brand position of, 'driving the shift to a sustainable transport solution' through our sustainable transport and responsible business approach.


In this role, you will:


  • Become the 'go to' person for charging and EV, working with our inhouse engineers, experts, and external parties to keep Scania's knowledge at the forefront of the market.
  • Help support our sustainability strategy through electrification. You will be the lead in developing and coordinating charging solutions to facilitate sales for eMobility across Truck, Bus & Coach, and power solutions.
  • Prioritise and coordinate charging initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions. You will conduct research for analysis, market intelligence, and competitor intelligence using all available media and sources within the electrification space.
  • Have the ability to listen and communicate in an open, honest, and respectful way. You will be communicating with teams across the business as well as external customers and stakeholders.
  • Establish relationships and trust with customers, taking them on the electrification journey.
  • Ensure that projects are on track, through daily monitoring, project management routines and the documenting of defined decisionmaking.
