Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join a data-centric insurance company.

As the Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our data infrastructure.

You willlead a team of data engineers and collaborate with other departments to develop, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Azure, Python, and SQL technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of data infrastructure using Azure, Python, and SQL technologies
Manage a team of data engineers and ensure highquality deliverables
Work with other departments to understand their data needs and build scalable and reliable data pipelines to meet those needs
Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data integrity and quality
Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve our data infrastructure and processes
Develop and maintain documentation of data infrastructure and processes
