Description
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Computerise information to ensure efficient data management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Competent in data entry and clerical duties

From £25,446.72 per year
