Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to start ASAP for one of our clients in the BS3 area.

The tasks include:

  • Calling customers to confirm appointments
  • Taking customers calls and directing them to the correct CSA or department
  • Updating the system with appointments and customer call details
  • Calling customers to advise order status
  • When required, taking payments for orders from customers
  • Calling installers for updates
  • General admin duties to support the Customer Service Manager
The hours are 08:30-16:30 Monday-Friday with a 1/2 hour lunch break.

The rate is £11/h.

There is a possibility for Temp to Perm for the right person.


Punctuality is essential as the Customer Services Lines are open from 08:30 to 17:00 so you must be able to get there on time.
