POSTING END DATE:
3rd May 2023

LOCATION:
Warwick University

We're re-examining our vehicles and what a vehicle means in the emerging world of automation, connectedness, electrification and the shared economy.

New ideas, new technology, and new approaches to mobility are our business. Join a team of next generation thinkers.

The Opportunity

To support the future generation of traction battery systems, the
Modelling Technical Specialist's objective is to build, maintain, verify, and validate the library of electro-thermal battery cell models.

The
Modelling Technical Specialist will be in charge of creating battery cell performance models, which support our virtual verification efforts and serve as the foundation for our product design strategy.

You will have access data acquired from cutting-edge material laboratories as well as facilities for both material and cell characterisation.

You will find the optimal balance between performance and speed and will collaborate with our academic partners to develop innovative battery modelling methodologies to help customers achieve their goals.

You will support collaborative research with key leading UK and International universities and other external partners as part of this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is at the cutting edge of battery cell development, making significant advances in modelling, testing, and overall concept design.
