Responsibilities:

Meet and greet patients and potential visitors

  • Manage and coordinate diaries of the practice surgeons
  • Coordinate running of the surgery to monitor patients' after surgery process
  • Take payments and process refunds on different company databases
  • Complete all relevant admin relating to patients such as scanning personal information and collating legal documents
  • Ensure that all paperwork and records are kept up to date
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all patients and visitors

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrable problemsolving and organisational skills
  • Administrative experience using computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and use initiative to increase efficiency
  • Availability to work different 8 and a half hour shift patterns which will work on a rota basis
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A friendly and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues
