Located on the banks of the Bridgewater Canal in the heart of Sale town centre, the venue opened in 2004 and houses live theatre and event spaces, galleries, bar & coffee house and workshop studios, presenting work of national significance and an important venue in the Greater Manchester cultural landscape.

Annually Waterside stages around 250 professional productions, hosts over 700 participatory events and classes and welcomes over 115,000 visitors.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and highly organised individual with excellent people skills for the role of Box Office Assistant.

As the first point of contact for customers & visitors entering the building, the successful post holder will be responsible for providing assistance with enquiries and selling tickets for a range of events.

The successful post holder will also provide assistance with front of house events/duties as required. Flexibility will be required to meet service needs and will include evening, weekend work and unsocial hours.
