Gateshead Based

Salary:
Up to £24,000

Skills & Experience:

Ability to deal with customers and experience in customer service
Excellent computer skills

- able to navigate CRM systems

Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment advantageous

Responsibilities:

Provide product recommendations, technical advice and specifications for the full product range to a variety of customers
Investigate and respond to complaints regarding issues about the product
Be proactive in learning about new product releases in order to give customers up to date information
Be commercially savvy when speaking to customers in order to discover leads to pass to sales teams
