Administrator - Macclesfield, United Kingdom - Adecco UK
Description
This is a brilliant administrator role based in Macclesfield.Monday - Friday hours starting at 9am - 5pm
You will be:
- Aiding the sales and project teams with administration support
- General office administration such as scanning, efiling etc
- Supporting staff within the office and liaising with suppliers
- Completing all clerical work and preparing sales and purchasing orders
- Solving raised issues with customers
- Ensuring procedures are submitted and approved in a timely manner
- Sort incoming post and arrange deliveries / couriers.
- Have 2 years previous experience in administration
- Be competent in excel, word and outlook
- Use Sage 50
