Description
This is a brilliant administrator role based in Macclesfield.

Monday - Friday hours starting at 9am - 5pm


You will be:

  • Aiding the sales and project teams with administration support
  • General office administration such as scanning, efiling etc
  • Supporting staff within the office and liaising with suppliers
  • Completing all clerical work and preparing sales and purchasing orders
  • Solving raised issues with customers
  • Ensuring procedures are submitted and approved in a timely manner
  • Sort incoming post and arrange deliveries / couriers.
It is desirable to have

  • Have 2 years previous experience in administration
  • Be competent in excel, word and outlook
  • Use Sage 50
For your work you will receive a salary of £22,000 - £22,000 a year depending on experience.
