Responsibilities:


  • Supervising students during exams, ensuring they adhere to exam regulations and guidelines
  • Ensuring a calm and controlled environment for students during exams
  • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
  • Ensuring that exam rooms are set up correctly prior to the start of exams
  • Checking identification and admission to exams
  • Reporting any incidents or irregularities to the exam officer

Requirements:


  • Prior experience of working in schools as an exam invigilator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a controlled environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and instructions
  • Flexible availability during exam periods
