T&C Gardens is a small & fast-growing Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping company based in Swindon.

We work in partnership with a large commercial grounds maintenance company, allowing our teams to work in both commercial & private garden environments.


Maintenance duties will include:
grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter collection, border maintenance, and reporting of hazards when on sites.


Along with our ongoing grounds maintenance contracts, you will also support the delivery of a range of commercial and domestic hard and soft scaping projects.

Full-time position with competitive rates of hourly pay. Based on a minimum of 35 hours per week. This role will be mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required.


Applicants must be confident working at a range of locations, with the aim to be either taking lead on location or delivering work independently.


Essential criteria:


  • Applicants must have previous experience with power tools, such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers etc.
  • Full UK driving licence essential. Suitable applicant must be reliable and be able to get to Royal Wootton Bassett or to site location early in the morning (from 7am).
  • Grounds maintenance experience

Desirable criteria:


  • Pa1/Pa6 Pesticide qualification desirable, but not essential.


Applicants must have a positive can-do attitude towards work, good interpersonal skills & the ability to speak informatively and professionally with our clients.

This is a public facing role, so we expect applicants to conduct themselves professionally at all times.


Applicants will provide a high quality finish to all work carried out and have a keen eye for detail at all times, as well as ensuring that all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and equipment is being kept in a safe working condition.

Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 35 per week
