Derbyshire Pathology has some exciting opportunities for flexible and motivated individuals to join our Phlebotomy Service within the Community Diagnostic Centres in a new role of Phlebotomy Supervisor/Specialist Medical Laboratory Assistant.

These posts will be primarily based at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital and also at Ilkeston Hospital. The opening times of these sites will be Monday to Sunday from 7 am until 7 pm.

The positions that we have available are:
full-time posts, these will be working 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota pattern working every other weekend.

We are looking for individuals who have previous Phlebotomy experience to work alongside our existing Supervisors and who also have demonstrable supervisory skills to include undertaking appraisals, rota management, training and recruitment of staff.
