Senior NOC Engineer London / WFH to £55k
Are you a skilled NOC Engineer with a broad range of experience looking to progress your career in a senior, hands-on role?

You could be joining a successful and growing software house and working on the core communications product that enables clients to ensure their call centres deal with genuine, authenticated calls that prevent fraud in a secure, real-time environment the emergency services).

Your role:

You'll proactively seek ways to improve services, working alongside the wider Operations group, including delivering new solutions and investigating new and emerging technologies and provide reports back to the NOC Engineering Lead.

WFH Policy:

You can work from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the London once a week (and also attending client sites); when you are in the office you can enjoy a friendly team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, close collaboration and regularcompany wide hack-a-thons; you'll have time dedicated every Friday afternoon to exploring your own technology interests.

Requirements:

You have experience as a NOC Engineer and have strong IP Networking experience
You have a logical mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills
You have a strong knowledge of Ethernet, routing and switching, LAN / WAN / Data Centre and public Cloud environments (AWS preferred)
You have basic VMWare skills and Linux / Windows Server administration experience
You're collaborative and happy to mentor others and partner with other internal teams
