We are looking to find an HR advisor for our client. The first duty of the job is to
enjoy the work and have fun in the workplace. That gives you a taste of the team culture
This is a company that offers flexibility.
The role requires a minimum of 30 hrs per week although full time would be ideal

Salary is £35-£40k PA Pro Rata

hybrid work schedule. You will also be asked to switch off your laptop out of hours


What would be my job?:


  • To be able to understand, prioritise and operate in a fast paced Sales & Operations business.
  • To support HR Director and Senior Management Team (SMT) with all aspects of HR activity as required, to include; recruitment, employee relations activities, internal communications, delivery of the business plan, performance management and engagement.
  • To provide support for HR Director to include; recruitment, dealing with day to day HR enquiries, policy development, creation and maintenance, and HR Systems maintenance;
  • Accountability for all areas of HR work and activities.
  • Data analytics
  • Support and/or lead HR projects

  • Competent MS Office knowledge
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Qualification in HR/Business/Administration
