Servicing clients large or small from our fully integrated locations throughout the UK, we have the largest and latest hire fleet comprising of the latest technology and product connectivity.
We are currently looking to recruit a Workshop Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will coordinate the workshop activity to ensure outputs are met. delivering customer excellence at all times.
We can be required to meet tight turnaround times, you will need to demonstrate a calm and efficient approach to the daily workloads ensuring you are working to meet our service levels for our customers.
As Workshop Coordinator you will be responsible for rotating the hire fleet stock, ensuring spares are stored and managed correctly.
Regular stock checks/ disposal of assets and keeping the team meeting the manufacturer standards on equipment repairs/servicing is also a key responsibility in this role.

Skills & experience we require ;
- Basic knowledge of how to repair and maintain small tools products is desirable but not essential
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience of working in a diverse team
- Valid driving licence
- Be confident in communicating difficult messages to people of all levels
