Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, 5 days a week. 1 Saturday every 3 weeks (1.5x pay)
You will get a day off during the Saturday week.
Hybrid after probation period, 2 days working from home.
Working within a fast paced environment, we are seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a small number of key accounts.
Key Personal Activities
- Full rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare
- Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers, operational teams.
- Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues
- Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
- Management of required daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Complete customer satisfaction callbacks following vehicle delivery
- Any other ad hoc duties required
Key skills / attributes required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- General computer literacy
- Microsoft Office
- Customer Service / Administration background is desirable, but not essential
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Customer orientated
