Description
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated individuals to provide Administrative Support and Reception duties (both face-to-face and over the phone) including:

  • Data processing
  • Maintaining and updating computerised databases
  • Organise / Maintain Diaries
  • Support to meetings
  • General operational support to the team
  • Cash handling as required
  • Collating various information to strict legal deadlines

What we are looking for from you:

The position involves a wide, varied and often changing range of tasks, so you would need to use your initiative, be able to work under pressure in a busy environment, and be committed to provide the best service possible to those requiring support.


You need to have a non-judgemental approach to people who are accessing services and must be willing to work flexibly as part of a team to meet changing service needs - which may include working from other bases.


  • The ability to use Welsh in the workplace would also be desirable.
  • Enhanced DBS for Children on the Update Service will be required.
