Tradewind Recruitment has the perfect opportunity for you Our partner school in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Support Manager to join their team.


As a Pastoral Support Teacher, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one basis, addressing any behavioural or academic challenges they may face.

Your goal will be to help each student overcome these obstacles and return to their original school.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for education and supporting young people
  • Strong experience with behavioural and academic issues
  • A calming demeanour and ability to build trust with students
  • A collaborative approach to working with a variety of stakeholders
  • A willingness to report, investigate, support, develop, and encourage daily.
