Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage data flows between departments, subcontractors and customers.
  • Compile and complete relevant reports
  • Ensure the all relevant information is relayed to the relevant departments/ customers/staff.
  • Respond accordingly to incidents and changes throughout the shift i.e. refused pallets, delayed deliveries etc.
  • Job input and data entry updates to the relevant systems
  • To ensure that our Traffic Management System contains both accurate pricing and accurate costs.

Experience/ qualifications and skills required:


  • Have a good understanding/knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have experience within an administration/customer service role.
  • Be able to use your own initiative and make decisions with the information you have to hand.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.

Additional skills preferred:

Preference will be given to applicants with previous Customer Service, or similar, experience
