Our client is at the forefront of an exciting data-driven ed-tech revolution, they capture a detailed understanding of each child's strengths and weaknesses and use this to deliver personalised learning that identifies gaps in knowledge and closes them.
Theresults are spectacular, a published research study found pupils using the programme for just 30 minutes weekly progressed in maths fluency almost twice as fast as those who didn't.
In this role, you can truly change the future of the next generationReporting to the CEO your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead the strategy for customer success (for teachers and pupils)
- Manage the account management team, driving customer engagement and ultimately subscription renewals
- Manage the technical support team
- Define processes for customer success
- Set objectives (OKRs)
- Create revenue and expenditure budgets
- Collaborate closely with the new business and marketing teams
- Contribute to toplevel decision making by being part of the senior management team
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Managing a customer facing team (sales or customer success) for a digital product
- Datadriven approaches to sales & marketing management
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Strong numeracy skills
- Selfstarter with drive and determination
- A systematic approach to process development and project management
- Strong personal integrity, honesty and openness when dealing with others
- Happy to work on delivery of targets?
Beneficial to have experience of:
- Selling to schools, local authorities, MATs, or US districts
- Selling or supporting a SaaS product
- Digital marketing
- Working in an SME
