An exciting and varied role has become available for a Block Management Service Charge Accountant with a longstanding, award winning, UK wide Block Management company based at their office in Shrewsbury.

Block Management Service Charge Accountant Benefits:

Basic salary up to £30,000

Monday

Friday role, no weekends
Support with ongoing industry training

Block Management Service Charge Accountant Duties:

Production of residential service charge accounts
Bank reconciliation
Point of contact for all clients with accounts queries
Produce end of year certificates and final accounts/statements
Liaise and support Block Managers with accounts issues
Attend AGMs when required

Block Management Service Charge Accountant Experience Needed:

Understanding of property accounts
Excellent communication skills
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
Quick thinker & customer focussed
Knowledge of Section 20b legislation pertaining to service charges
Proactive & enthusiastic
