Position:
Head of Sales / Business Development.


I am looking to hire an experienced individual to join in as a Head of Business Development with good technical and commercial knowledge who also has leadership experience at an established company that leads various industry sectors with its innovativetechnologies.


Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Align with Senior leadership and monitor the strategy; focused in meeting and exceeding customer needs profitably and achieve goals as a team.
  • Create and execute sales strategies, goals and objectives that generates demand and drives growth.
  • Provide mentorship to business development team including reports internally and within other teams.
  • Preparing budgets, identification of future requirements, product lifecycle management, market positioning, value proposition and to exceed financial KPIs.
  • Go to market planning and drive succesful launch of new solutions.
  • Identify OEMs, acquisitions, and collaboration opportunities to bring in new solutions and products to the range.

You should have:


  • Experience managing and developing excelent teams, and offer training.
  • Experience on similar positions with business to business technical sales and commercial knowledge.
  • Ability and willingness to travel abroad and build direct relationship.
  • Customer orient; deliver world class service to both, internal and external customers/stake holders.
  • Have experience in Intelligent Transport System (ITS).
