Reporting to the Head of People & Recruitment you will be an integral part of the
Support Office Team at Bodyset and are expected to act as an ambassador for the Company and with accountability for supporting the operational teams and management of HR function.


Responsibilities:


Recruitment - 70%

  • Recruiting new team members to support growth of existing business and new clinic expansion plans
  • Identify the most effective job advertising channels, such as job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Conducting prescreening and first stage interviews
  • Building short and long term recruitment pipeline in strategic locations
  • Working with clinical management team to identify potential vacancies and growth opportunities
  • Work with the Head of People & Recruitment to improve recruitment efficiency and time to hire

Resource planning -10%

  • Optimising the current staff resource to efficiently support clinics and client demands
  • Integral to diary management team and coordination of diary changes
  • Understanding operational team to identify diary optimisation opportunities
  • Coordination of Annual Leave in order to limit impact on business

General HR administration - 20%

  • Supporting new starters, being ambassador for brand
  • Managing onboarding process and induction planning
  • Responsible for new starter compliance checks e.g. DBS


  • Sponsorship programme

  • UKVI portal management


  • Payroll preparation

  • PMI, holidays, sickness, absence
  • General HR advice where appropriate
  • Supporting with management and staff appraisals
  • Identifying training needs analysis

Essential skills:


  • 2+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn recruiter
  • Highly operational and able to think about the overall business
  • Works cross functionally with all teams in the business
  • Excellent communication skills and professional style
  • Self starter highly motivated to be self sufficient, proactive and show high levels of initiative
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Able to deliver results and ensure high performance working culture
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not critical with relevant industry experience
