Our client is a
privately-owned estate agency
and is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator
to join their highly successful office in
Summertown.


Our client would ideally like to recruit an individual with
administration experience within the property industry, however, they are also
open to someone who is a fast learner with strong organisational skills.

This is a
varied role where each day is different.

It is important that you can deliver under pressure and be **confident in dealing with clients
both in person and over the phone in a** polite and professional
manner.

Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Meeting and greeting customers and directing them to the right department
  • Assisting with keys for contractors and tenants, logging on the CRM systems
  • Answering telephone, taking messages and directing calls
  • Window cards ensuring the window is updated weekly with new properties
  • Booking photographs and EPCs
  • Boards arranging boards for instructions, arranging changes to 'let agreed' and collections of boards
  • Sending out new terms of business and property information forms
  • Producing lettings paperwork, tenancy agreements, renewals, assignments when requested
  • Producing tenant notices
  • Putting tenants on for references
  • Sanction checks of all tenants, landlords and guarantors
  • Right to rent checks for all new tenants
  • Pulling through expiring right to rent checks and arrange rechecks of existing tenants
  • Download and upload on CRM system photographs and EPCs
  • Creating new tenancy brochures when requested
  • Taking ownership of continued learning and skills development with online skills from Rightmove Hub and Propertymark webinars
  • Generating 5 Star reviews
  • Google, Facebook, Trustpilot
  • Assisting the lettings team with any file progression.

Personal specification:


  • Experience within property administration would be preferred, but is not essential
  • Impeccable telephone manner and in person customer skills
  • Ability to use and understand CRM systems
  • Great communicator across departments and members of the public
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Local knowledge
  • Good MS Work, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Proactive
  • Team


The
package for this role will be in the region of
£20,000 to £25,000 dependent on the level of experience.
