Job Description:


As a TV Installer and valued member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in the collection and installation of TVs in the London, Kent, and Essex areas.

Working alongside a skilled TV engineer, your responsibilities will involve navigation, efficient route planning, and the seamless installation of repaired TVs.

This role demands a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.


Responsibilities:

Route Planning:


  • Collaborate with the TV engineer to plan and optimize routes for efficient collection and installation activities.
  • Utilize navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals at customer locations.

Installation Assistance:


  • Assist the TV engineer in the installation of new TVs at customer premises.
  • Collaborate on setting up audiovisual components and ensuring proper connections.

Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.

TV Collection:


  • Help in the collection of repaired TVs from service centers or designated locations.
  • Ensure the safe transportation of TVs to customer residences.

Quality Assurance:


  • Work with the TV engineer to conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Verify that repaired TVs are functioning correctly before installation.

Driving:


  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Drive company vehicles responsibly and adhere to traffic regulations.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate closely with your teammate to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively to coordinate activities and address challenges.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including customer preferences and any issues encountered.
  • Submit reports on completed installations and collected TVs.

Time Management:


  • Adhere to the fulltime schedule, working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet installation and collection deadlines.

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
