We have an exciting opportunity to join our Portsmouth Habourgate team, to work remotely as a Senior Payroll Specialist.


What you will do:
Coordinate the endtoend payroll process for France and a small number of countries within the EMEA region Collation, data entry and processing of various payroll related transactions:
  • Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is accurate, compliant, and timely.
Complete all post payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner: i.e., Inputting, checking and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and thirdparty providers (pensions, social security, health insurances etc). Verifies payroll tax/social contributions filing for all legal entities Management reporting, including monthly results, quarterly and yearend reports (i.e., gross payroll, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.). Administer compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements, ensuring deadlines are met. Resolving payroll queries from employees and other key stakeholders i.e., HR, Finance etc. Updating standard operating procedure (SOP) documents each month as required. Provide back up in the team for other countries as required Who you are: Master's degree or 5 years of experience in payroll function

)_ Knowledge and experience of ADP, SAP, Workday, Kronos (

)_ Indepth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing

)_ Significant experience of French payroll, knowledge of French payroll legislation and statutory obligations (47years minimum) (required) Working experience of payroll tax at the state and local levels (47 years minimum) (required) Fluent French and English, both orally and in writing Required High degree of accuracy and good attention to detail. Excellent communication, time management and organization skills Good PC skills, including intermediate Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup) Required Ability to work under own initiative to drive efficiency and new ideas for a better working environment. The motivation and determination to be curious and increase their own knowledge by asking questions and using all available resources. Must have the ability to recognize potential problems at an early stage and work towards identifying solutions. A strong customer focus and forge strong collaboration with internal and external customers.
