Accounts & Payroll Assistant - Washington, United Kingdom - KCR Solutions
Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join this highly successful manufacturing company based in Washington.
Your duties will be as follows:
- Daily monitoring of bank account and daily cashflow
- Weekly cashflows ensure these are accurate and reflect correct sales forecasts and purchase information working with Financial Controller to improve the information
- Supplier payments & control working with project managers to verify capital payments, etc
- Review VAT postings for accuracy and submit VAT return
- Submit the EC Sales List declaration to HMRC each month. Monitor despatches for intrastat purposes and submit as necessary
- Completion of month end pack cash, cash forecast & intercompany balances
- Provide support for company credit cards transaction processing
- Ensure employee expense forms are processed accurately and monitor balances to reclaim via payroll
- Reconciling company credit cards ensuring all purchases are accounted for and authorised correctly
- Banking complete monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts
- Foreign currency revaluation
- Process monthly payroll, complete pension submissions, yearend processes and P11D submissions
