HR Advisor - Preston - Permanent - Up to £30,000 DOE


My client is a well-regarded wholesaler who are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor to join their team and implement HR programs.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing the human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding, and for developing and implementing an efficient HR program.

You will undertake duties both in the office and in the company's remote offices.

The goal is to ensure that our HR department runs smoothly and efficiently to deliver maximum value to our employees and clients.


Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an HR advisor or similar role
  • Solid understanding of general human resources issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience within Employee Relations
  • Confidence using social media and other websites
  • Ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing an efficient human resources program.
  • Conducting employee evaluations at the end of the first year.
  • Conducting employee reviews at the end of the fifth year.
  • Onboarding new team members.
  • Conducting annual performance reviews for all employees.
  • Conducting employee assistance programs (EAP) for all employees who need them.

Up to £30,000.00 per year
