Bookkeeper
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting company based in Hayes, they are looking for a confident Bookkeeper to take ownership of the company accounts liaising with the Finance Manager and external Accountants.
Duties:
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Payroll salaried staff
- Monthly individual and business P&Ls
- Weekly pay runs to suppliers
- Posting journals
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations and managing budgets and aiding with forecasts
- Payroll for company staff
- Managing costs
- Raising client invoices and chasing aged debt
- Delivering weekly cost analysis for sites, including reconciling stock takes/staff hours
- Reconciling all income
- Ad hoc duties and managing accounts on SAP
Requirements:
- Experience using SAP
- Minimum or 4 years experience in a similar role
- Travel to Hayes
