Description

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field

5+ years relevant professional experience in internal communications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to roll up one's sleeves and get work done.
High attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
A track record of working effectively in an international environment with people across a large, complex, matrix organization to create and launch innovative, successful solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Work closely with OIC colleagues to support end-to-end implementation of global campaigns with a focus on our global tentpole moments.

Support the OIC Global Campaigns International lead to ensure global content is utilized, meets the needs of country teams, and delivers globally consistent experiences for Amazonians wherever they work in the world.

Support the OIC Global Campaigns team with fast-moving communications that ladder up to global goals

Collaborate, as needed, the broader Operations Internal Communications team on large communications initiatives and business priorities.

Actively build relationships across Amazon to Invent and Simplify as we deliver for customers.

Be an employee experience advocate through all communications strategies and decision-making.
