for excellence, and we have a fantastic opportunity for experienced officers to
join our Business Support team in the School Admissions, Transport and Welfare Team


The role
You will be joining a fun, lively and friendly team.
statutory deadlines and assessing pupils' eligibility for free home to school
transport and free school meals. You will also have to perform other tasks such
as, updating databases and spreadsheets, preparing and sending letters and
observe a high level of confidentiality and comply with GDPR at all times.

Becoming part of our Business Support service you
will have the opportunity to grow and progress in a team of welcoming and
supportive professionals.

Although office working is required, we support a
hybrid approach with a mixture of home and office working.


What you will bring
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is
looking to learn and grow their knowledge within an officer role. Great
communication skills, both written and verbal, is vital as this is very much
customer focused based. You will also have a good knowledge of data input and
be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. As you will
be working to strict legislative deadlines, it is important you are highly
organised.
