This successful international retail business is looking to appoint a new senior leader within Commercial Finance, this is the first recruit in a fast paced new commercial finance team.

The role partners closely with the New Chief Executive of Supply Chainand Head of Corporate Finance.

This vacancy is an interim immediate vacancy where you can make immediate impact, creating a commercial finance team within a well-established business.

You will be tasked with building relationships across Supply Chain, settingup strategic models to focus on the cost base and drive efficiency.

You will need extensive experience of working in a supply chain environment and challenging senior stakeholders such as Chief Executives of a fast growing retail business.

This is a great opportunity to be the first member of a growing commercial financeteam and build a team around you, or make immediate impact and change within the assignment.

Ideally, you will:

Be a qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA) with notable experience in supply chain retail environment focussing on KPI reporting and commentary.
Have extensive experience of business partnering and challenging stakeholders on a daily basis including CFO, Corporate finance, and Chief executive of Supply Chain.
Be the first person in the commercial finance team working directly with the senior leaders of the distribution centres in Belgium, US, Canada, and the UK and will not be afraid to get your hands dirty in the set up phase.
Have experience in modelling, and long term planning in an ever changing environment, along with long term rolling forecasts.
