Cardiac Cath Lab Scheduler:

Location - The Harley Street Clinic, London

1 year Fixed Term Contract and Fulltime 37.5 hours/week

About the Role
The Harley Street Clinic delivers excellent nuero, cardiac, oncology care amongst other specialisms.

This is an ideal time to join the Cardiac Cath lab department at The Harley Street Clinic as a Cath Lab Scheduler.

In this role you will be coordinating and Scheduling procedural cases for Cath lab for Cardiology and Interventional Radiology. Liaising with the Consultants and their secretaries, you will answer the telephone and schedule/reschedule/edit procedures per Consultants request.

Skills:

Experience of the clinical operational running of surgical services in a hospital setting.
Able to demonstrate an understanding of medical/clinical terminology
Capable of using various computer system to include
Meditech, Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Word, telephone systems and scanners/copiers
Communicate with various departments to facilitate scheduling
Ability to check practicing privileges
Understanding of CSSD codes
