Description

One year minimum Barista experience is mandatory.

North Beach Coffee Bar are looking for driven passionate hospitality professionals who can bring positivity and energy to our new business combined with the want to grow with us.

You must have exceptional communication skills so as to ensure seamless running of the front of house.

Responsibilities

If you are an experienced Barista with a need to produce high quality hot drinks, a seriously good work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to fit seamlessly into our team then we would like to talk to you.

We are looking for team members who will ensure our super high standards are met in every respect.

You will have the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you will be an exceptional team player, maximising your performance as well as that of your team.

You will be a person who is motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery.
