Full Time, Fixed Term for 6 months.

What we do?

What will you do?


You will be employed specially to support Ukrainian Refugees, but you may also be required to support participants from other communities.


You will be working across the One Front Door Service to provide high quality careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG).

The role is primarily telephone based but you will also attend job fairs, community pop up events and other ad hoc events as required.

You will act as the first point of contact for people accessing the service.

Holding a case load of clients, you will create appropriate support/action plan and match participants to appropriate training, career development and employment opportunities.

How do I apply?
**For permanent Bristol City Council employees, this post will be a secondment.

For employees who are currently on a fixed term contract with Bristol City Council, the secondment must not extend beyond the end of the fixed term period to ensure there is a substantive post to return to.

If you are currently a casual worker or a member of an employment agency (currently working with Bristol City Council) this post will be a fixed term contract.
