BigChange is pioneering new, intuitive, and simple to use technology that transforms the ways our customers work. This role uses Customer Success methodologies to engage our customers and maximise the potential of JobWatch for their businesses.


You will be responsible for the successful implementation of onboarding projects to new and existing clients, by delivering a combination of project management and training.

You will also smooth transition from Sales into Operations for all new projectsunder your control to ensure customers understand the BigChange customer journey and our approach to service.

Regular x 4 monthly attendance at office (Leeds)

Standard working pattern 08:30/09:00 - 17:00/17:30 Mon - Fri

Customer visits in person.


Requirements:


  • Ability to manage objections and manage customer expectations
  • Leads by example
  • Ability to deliver through change
  • Track record of delivering against targe
  • Experience in a training capacity, ideally customer facing
  • Project management experience
  • Technically adept
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised and task focussed with a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Selfmotivated with ability to handle a stretching and changeable workload
  • Proactive team player
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
