HR Coordinator
We are working with a brilliant international business to recruit a part-time HR Coordinator. This individual will work alongside the HR Business Partner, providing administrative support throughout the company. This role is based in Blyth.

Do you have experience working within an HR team, supporting recruitment, and administration? If so, this role will offer fantastic opportunities and experience to any HR professional.


The opportunity:


Working as an HR Coordinator, you will support with HR Administration and recruitment activity - acting as the first point of contact for all HR systems work and enquiries, monitoring the HR inbox and providing advice to colleagues.


You will:


  • Manage HR procedures
  • Process and manage information requests from employees and external parties
  • Process documentation
  • Create monthly reports
  • Support payroll processing
  • Create Job Adverts
  • Participate in global HR projects concerning Recruitment and Employer Branding
  • HR and Recruitment experience is necessary for this role, and strong IT skills are advantageous.
This role is on a part-time basis (3 days per week)


About you:


  • Previous experience within an HR environment
  • Previous experience of using Workday or similar HRIS
  • Previous experience and understanding of the endtoend recruitment process. Experience of working with recruiter platforms is desirable.
  • Strong systems understanding and capabilities mindset to learn new systems and work efficiently with them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
