We are working with a family-run engineering business established in 1985 that provides precision machined components for a diverse range of sectors.

Some of the sectors they work across include Electrical, Motorsport, Defence, Medical and Oil & Gas.

They pride themselves on providing staff with career development pathways and both internal and external training opportunities.


Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a CNC Turner to join their growing team in Aylesbury.

Due to this recent growth, there will be career development opportunities

They work with medium batch sizes and have a wide variety of work, so no two days will be the same

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing machined components to tight tolerances.
  • Programming, setting and operating fixedhead CNC lathes and slidinghead lathes.
  • Working with a variety of materials such as plastic, stainless steel and aluminium.
They are prepared to pay an hourly rate of £16.00-£22.00 (£33,300-£45,800) with overtime available.

You will be working in their workshop in Aylesbury from 07:30-16:30 Monday-Thursday and 07:30-13:30 on Fridays.
