Teaching assistant.


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant to join our Now Education team to help support classrooms in a
Newport school.

This role will be considered a long-term placement.


This school is located in a lovely area near a vibrant and busy park, alongside the river making it an inviting working environment.


The role


This role will consist of working alongside the Teacher, helping to further cultivate the children's valuable experiences that are had within their classrooms.


  • Supporting classrooms during activities
  • Intervention planning, support in lesson planning
  • Management and support of behaviours
  • Understanding the value of team efforts between colleagues and students
  • Promoting positive behaviours
The working hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm


Requirements:


  • Good level of English
  • No previous experience in schools required, personal experience considered.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£65.00-£70.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

One location
