in Sprotbrough, Doncaster, is welcoming and friendly with staff and children who work exceptionally hard to achieve high standards. We are looking to appoint a well-organised and professional administrative assistant to provide clerical and administrative duties in a busy school office. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our Office Manager to ensure smooth running of the school.

The working hours required are Monday 8:00am - 4:30pm and then Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm. This is term time only and additional training days may be required as agreed with the Head teacher. There can be some flexibility within these hours so please discuss options beforehand.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can support the Office Manager in the day to day running of the school office.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Is a competent user of ICT, with knowledge and experience of using SIMS and ParentPay (or an online equivalent)
  • Has a flexible and confident approach to work. The ability to deal sensitively with a range of people and situations with confidentiality.
