Now Education are currently recruiting a full-time Resourcer / Compliance Officer to join our team in Lincoln.

This is a diverse and exciting role which may suit an applicant who is looking to develop their career in the field of education recruitment or just administration in general.

If you have a background in education and administration this could be the ideal opportunity to utilise all your skills.

We are ideally looking for someone who has excellent spoken and written communication skills and is highly organised.

We work to extremely high standards, ensuring we comply with all relevant governing bodies/legislation, so attention to detail is a must.

Performing online background checks
Obtaining relevant references
Processing data and updating the company database

You will also be supporting generally in the office and working closely with your assigned team of education consultants.

What Now Education has to offer:

Competitive basic salary
£25k to £30k, depending on relevant experience
Competitive bonus scheme
Full time, Monday to Friday
Reduced working hours during school holidays
35 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
