Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust would love to hear from you, as we are actively seeking to recruit a Band 4 Trainer / Assessor/ Coach.
The postholder will work within the Healthcare Apprenticeship team, working on apprenticeships in Health Care Support Worker L2, Senior Health Care Support Worker L3, and Functional Skills L1 and L2, as the provision demands.
Responsibilities include:
deliver teaching and support apprentices to ensure progression for their standard
overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet apprentice's needs
supporting development of apprentices to maximise full potential / stretch knowledge
organise and maintain documentation on apprentices' progress
supporting apprentices with feedforward to achieve their potential at End Point Assessment (EPA)
review/ discuss apprentice development and progression with employers
Support, advise and motivate apprentices.
