My client is an outstanding highly reputable business with strong plans for growth and innovation for the future. This role will be hybrid with three days in the office.


An opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant Administrator to join their Insurance and Final team to support the Group Insurance Manager working within a close knit and very supportive team.


This busy and varied role will entail:

  • Managing and maintaining the administrative systems that relate to the day-to-day administration of the Group's insurance policies.
  • Proactively seeking information as necessary and providing efficient and effective assistance to the business units as necessary.
  • To assist in the collation of accurate and timely information requested by insurers, brokers, tenants and/or third parties in relation to general insurance queries, insurance notifications and ongoing claims.
  • To assist in the administration of the renewal of the Company's annual insurance program and appropriate allocation of premiums within the business.
  • To ensure all data/documents are input onto relevant systems and databases in line with company processes and procedures.
  • To assist with general administration and other tasks and functions as required.
Applicants will ideally have previous experience of company insurance and the administration, processes involved.
