HR Administrator

Lutterworth - hybrid working

Salary up £25k

Initially on a 6-month FTC


The LHH (formerly Badenoch + Clark) HR team are working with a global private sector business that is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team based in Leicestershire.

This is a generalist role focused upon providing a key administration serviceto the HR team.


The role:


  • Act as a first point of contact for all HR queries to include
  • Administering the endtoend recruitment processes including producing all associated offer and induction paperwork. Administering inductions for new starters, probationary processes, completion of on boarding tasks and probation tracker
  • Administering the benefit schemes, ensuring employees are added and removed in a timely fashion and records are accurately maintained
  • Administration of all other Employee lifecycle requirements including changes to terms and conditions of employment and termination documentation
  • Ensure all Recruitment systems are accurate and up to date in order to provide accurate management information.
  • Support payroll lead in the provision of accurate documentation and data to meet monthly / annual deadlines and requirements
  • Produce a weekly and monthly report to update business on changes
  • Support HRBP's and Regional HR Director in providing support where required for project work

What are we looking for?

  • Background working in administration focused roles is essential, HR or payroll experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong administrative skills, and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills.
  • Team player with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detailoriented with sound time management and organisation skills
  • Solid communication skills and able to act and escalate when necessary
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel
  • Results driven and focused on delivering.
