Customer Service Executive for
Acoustic & Insulation Manufacturing (AIM), who will work as part of the Administration / Customer Service Team assisting in the daily activities of a highly efficient and successful office.
What does the role involve?
As
Customer Service Executive, you will provide excellent customer service support to customers which will include making informed haulage booking decisions, facilitating delivery requirements and ensuring any delivery issues are resolved.
You will also be part of the wider order processing system where you will be required to double check quotations and purchase orders to ensure pricing iscorrect, ensuring all changes to orders are fully agreed with the customer and updated within internal systems.
The successful applicant will undertake all POD reconciliation, invoice and statement requests, highlighting any delivery issues and remaining commercially astute whilst supporting the team.
A proactive, flexible can-do approach to workIT literate, with good competency in the use of Microsoft Office products and extremely good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Great customer service skills, with a professional and courteous approach to colleagues and customers
A good level of numeracy
