Description

Duties:

Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalised learning plans
Create engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and retention of material
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
Complete weekly feedback forms to provide updates on student performance

Experience:

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
Strong communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage students
Knowledge of various teaching strategies and techniques
Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations is a plus
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
Available for face to face tuition between the hours of 9am and 3pm (later sessions available)

Please note that this is not a full-time position. Tutors are typically hired on a part-time basis, with flexible scheduling options available. We have from 1 to 40 hours a week available, depending on your availability.
