**Location

  • Birmingham**Finatal are looking for a CFO to step into a fastmoving consumer goods company being carved out from a large listed company. The company is focused on sales of tiles to both businesses and households across the UK.


Backed by a reputable PE house, looking for a CFO to build a team from scratch, implement finance systems and drive improved efficiency gains of the company with an organic growth model.

Expected to grow revenue/EBITDA from £110m/£8m to £130m/£20m beforean exit in 2026/27.

Reason for vacancy is the recent PE takeover and need for a new finance team. Must be able to commute to Birmingham and have experience demerging from larger organisations. Base of £120k plus bonus and an additional bonus on exit.
